Why was Prout's Recruitment created?
My name is Thomas, the founder and owner of Prout's Recruitment. Myself and tens of thousands of university graduates have struggled to find a suitable role once finishing university, which has driven me to create a service helping people find their perfect role.
In my time searching for roles and understanding recruitment processes, I understood how expensive and difficult it is to find the best person for the business.
While in comparison to large recruitment services, I do not have the benefit of decades of experience. What I can give you is full devotion, the focus on hyperlocal employment and bright new ideas.

Prout's Recruitment's mission is to help communities thrive with employment. We have a mission to help employers who are looking for local staff, no more applications from far distances, only close and local.
For job seekers our mission is to ensure to find you a suitable job, whether by applying in our job board page. Or guidance for preparation for finding a job.
We want the best for you and your local community.
Vision
Prout's Recruitment has a vision of becoming the best solution for local businesses. Spreading across the UK, job boards specialising for every local community in the United Kingdom.
This means it makes it increasingly easier for job seekers to find roles close to them, no more relocating or traveling miles for their next job role.
The vision is that employers do not have to go through applications that are miles away and can rely on this service to gain access to talent close. Easier for reliability and scheduling interviews.

Prout's Recruitment Green Growth Pledge
Prout's Recruitment green growth pledge allows the business to review actions taken and assess the impact on the environment. Pembrokeshire has an incredible environmental landscape and therefore Prout's Recruitment will make steps to reduce our carbon footprint.
Prout's Recruitment plans on conducting meetings through video calls to help reduce unnecessary travel and reducing carbon emissions from vehicles. With plans of committing 75% of initial meetings being conducted through online meetings, this can reduce unnecessary travel, energy and gas.
