Helping SM Bespoke Care build a consistent recruitment pipeline

SM Bespoke Care partnered with Prout’s Recruitment to improve the consistency of their hiring process through a structured two-month recruitment strategy. By increasing visibility and maintaining a steady presence, the campaign successfully generated a reliable flow of candidates for their roles.

 

The challenge

Operating within the care sector, SM Bespoke Care and other care businesses rely heavily on staffing levels to support service delivery and business growth. Within this industry, care businesses face ongoing challenges in attracting reliable candidates, limiting their ability to expand and meet demand.  

 

What we did

To address this, we implemented a targeted recruitment strategy using our job board and promotional channels. 

The role was listed on Prout's Recruitment board with clear, detailed information covering responsibilities, requirements, pay, and benefits. Ensuring applicants had a full understanding of the opportunity from the outset. 

To maximise reach, the listing was maintained over a two-month period, allowing for consistent visibility rather than short term exposure. Alongside this, the role was actively promoted across social media, targeting relevant groups within Pembrokeshire to connect with suitable candidates.  

 

The Outcome

This approach led to a noticeable increase in applications, with candidates both applying directly and reaching out for further information.

The extended visibility created a more consistent flow of applicants, giving the client greater confidence in their recruitment process and improving their ability to meet staffing needs. 

As a result, SM Bespoke Care was highly satisfied with the outcome and expressed clear intent to use this service again, reinforcing the effectiveness of a sustained recruitment strategy.
